Celebration Plaza and Celebration Plaza Amphitheater will be closed to the public.
The east end of the Old Washington Street Bridge will be closed. Guests will be able to walk on the bridge/view the river. However, the bridge will be closed to thru traffic. Please use the New York St. or Washington St. bridges to cross the river.
All spaces will reopen on Sunday, Aug. 16.

Greenspaces
White River State Park has some of the city’s most relaxing and tranquil green spaces, including Celebration Plaza, The Celebration Plaza Amphitheatre, Historic Military Park at White River State Park, State Museum Lawn, Old Washington Street Bridge, Bison Plaza, Children’s Maze, Locust Grove, The Oval, Promenade Amphitheatre, Pumphouse Island and the Waterfront Pavilion. Each space is uniquely different.

Canal
The Canal Walk runs through White River State Park from the White River to West Street and then north to 10th Street. The Canal Walk’s 3-mile loop is a popular urban destination for locals and visitors alike. The waterfront is dotted with White River State Park attractions, pedal boat and gondola rentals, bicycle and surrey rentals, and restaurants.
