Isch’s career has spanned over forty years in higher education and intercollegiate athletics.  Most recently, he retired from the National Collegiate Athletics Association where he served in roles as the chief operating officer, interim president and chief financial officer.  Prior to the NCAA, he served three higher education institutions in chief administrative and financial roles.  He is currently consulting in athletics and higher education.  Isch has earned bachelor of science, master of business administration and doctorate of philosophy degrees.  In addition to the White River State Park Commission, Isch has served on over 20 volunteer boards throughout his career.
